How do I use your app if I am an agency with multiple brands?

We have created an agency permission system where brands can easily manage tens and even hundrads of brands in the same system. When each brand instals the app just ask them for an admin permission to app, In the dashbaord you would have the possibility to switch between all the brands your received permission from.
Can I do a partnership between two brands I manage?

Yes you can and it’s very easy. Just do all partnership steps ( A total of 4) in both brands.
How do you know which brand will be my best partner?

Our AI technology calculates the probabilty of a partnership to sucssed based on your target audiance , Core values , AOV . product category and your previous partnerships history. You can choose it based on our score or just go over our brand directory and choose one you think you have the most in common with.
How do you write a dynamic email?

We devloped over 100 email templates that combine text and dynamic data we get from your onboarding from.
Who will receive the gift emails?

Part of the partnership creation will be choosing the segment you want to send the gift to. When both brands agree to partner up the email will be automatically scheduled ( to the time you wanted to sent it )
How do you create the coupon codes?

Our system connects to the discount section in Shopify and creates unique coupon ( per partnership) using the specification you managed - - The product the discount will work on - Amount of coupon codes - Applied on 1 item. - Doesn’t work with other coupon codes.
Does using your system cost money?

Signing up and using our services is 100% free. Our business model is an affiliate one. We take a percentage only when your new gifted client comes back and makes a transaction
How can I know which sales came from you?

Each partnership you make on our platform we create a spesific coupon code. You can filter your orders in Shopify to view all transactions. On top of that our advanced analytical system tracks the clients who came from us and purchased again to show you exactly how awesome the service is.
How does your billing system work?

We use shopify app payment for our automatic payments. The billing happens once every two weeks. You could see the summary in the Invoice section in your Shopify Admin.
How do you safeguard my clients' information ?

Both of our DB and services are running on google firebase, using Firebase security rules and following Google best practices, users require to authenticate before accessing any of our resources and only have read/write access to the data that is relevant to them.
How do you connect my Klaviyo account?

We use the standard API key method. We only require a “Read only” Access
What information do you receive from my shopify store?

We receive a 3 month “read only” access.
How can I make sure the brands you work with are legit?

We developed a brand vetting process that includes- 1. Check if their TrustPIlot or any other ranking software has over 70 reviews and over 4.2. 2. Go over articles written about their products to verify there are no very very bad product reviews. 3. Do a secret shopper purchase to make sure everything is in order. Only then we invite a brand to become part of us.

Can you access the system only from the app?

CollabHub can be accessed and used from the Shopify app and our web version.
